By downloading, installing, or using Blood Test AI (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App lets you photograph or upload a blood test report. The report is sent to our processing service, which uses a third-party AI model to read the values it contains and generate a plain-language explanation. See our Privacy Policy for how this works and what data is involved.
Blood Test AI uses AI to read and explain laboratory reports. Reference ranges are based on widely used international laboratory guidelines and may differ from your own lab's ranges. The App does not provide medical diagnoses, does not replace a healthcare professional, and should not be used as the sole basis for any medical decision. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about your results, and seek immediate medical attention for any health concern.
AI-generated explanations can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying any result with a licensed professional before acting on it.
The App does not require you to create an account. Your access to paid features is tied to your device and to your purchase history through Apple and RevenueCat, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The App offers the following in-app purchases, billed through Apple's App Store (prices shown are the United States price point at the time of writing; your local price may differ and is shown in the App before purchase):
Exact current pricing, billing period, and any introductory terms are always shown on the in-app purchase screen before you confirm a purchase, and are controlled by Apple's App Store pricing for your storefront.
The Yearly Premium subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings app, under your Apple ID account > Subscriptions — we cannot cancel it for you, because we do not have access to your Apple ID or billing details.
All purchases are billed by Apple and are subject to Apple's own refund policies. To request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com or your device's Settings app under Subscriptions. We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds ourselves.
If you reinstall the App or use it on a new device signed in with the same Apple ID, you can restore a previous purchase using the "Restore Purchases" option in the App's Settings screen.
You agree not to misuse the App — including attempting to circumvent its usage limits or purchase verification, uploading content you do not have the right to upload, or using the App in any way that violates applicable law.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App's explanations will be accurate, complete, or error-free, or that the service will be uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any decision made in reliance on information the App provides. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
We may suspend or discontinue the App, or restrict access for a specific device or purchase identifier, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
These Terms are between you and us, not between you and Apple, and we — not Apple — are solely responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the App. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any mandatory consumer-protection right you have under the law of the country in which you live, and you may always bring proceedings in the courts of that country where the law gives you that right.
